Eyeballs on Websites

Search Engine Optimization, or SEO in Atlanta has become an industry all of its own. The biggest challenge is trying to figure out who to believe and who is just blowing smoke.

There are all kinds of books that promise to help you reach millions in ten minutes, and when you go through them, you find it is packed with links to websites that want you to buy something or to give them your email address to sell you something later.

At the end of the day, when I ask a client if they'd rather be at the top of Google or to see more business, every one of them says that they'd rather have more business - regardless of whether it comes from Google or not.

Eyeballs on Websites is more than Search Engine Optimization. It is a complete internet marketing strategy designed to bring customers to your business.

We're going to be giving Google what they want... and very few of your competitors will even give this a second thought.

Let's start with the downsides:

I will not mislead you. Just like any other marketing and advertising, there are no guarantees.

When you buy an ad in an Atlanta magazine or newspaper, the only thing they realistically guarantee is that the ad will run. It's still up to the advertiser to make the right decisions.

Also, all marketing and advertising rules apply. This is plan, plan, plan and test, test, test. It's taking a shot and adjusting. We're going to do everything we can to stack the odds in your favor.

The good news is that I come from a marketing and advertising background, so I am able to assist you with this.

There is no silver bullet... even though I've seen people get lucky.

Millions of people aren't going to come knocking on your door.

But, would an extra five or ten customers a week be a good thing? Five customers a week makes a hair salon ecstatic. Five new patients a week makes a successful practice. Five new clients a week builds a customer base.

This is work. There is preparation involved. I'll be doing the heavy lifting for you - you just need to give me the stuff to lift.

This is when I need to tell you that if you are not going to be actively engaged in the marketing of your business, then Eyeballs on Websites is not for you.

Some industries are busy by their nature, and that's perfectly fine. I can get you pointed into the right direction with a program that lets you "set it and forget it," so to speak... this way you still have an internet presence... it's just not as aggressive as we're going to be.

How does it work?

First, erase the idea of SEO. Search Engine Optimization is really little more than setting up your website to accurately represent itself to the search engines. Everything else is marketing and advertising, regardless of who say otherwise.

Second, visibility on Google *is* a vital part of succeeding on the internet.

Google tells us what they want, and we're going to give it to them.

Google's business model is based on being able to give their visitors what they are looking for.

When a visitor searches for "hair salon in Marietta," they don't want to see one in Stockbridge. They're not looking for wigs, hair replacement, weight loss or anything else. They are looking for a hair salon in Marietta, and Google wants to make sure that that's what they find.

Because Google has gotten so good at delivering these results to searchers, they can charge companies money to advertise on their search engine.

To keep this integrity and to keep people from fooling the system, Google has an intense formula they follow when getting results and they jealously protect this constantly-changing formula because they don't want shady businesses to interfere with their ability to produce exactly what people are searching for.

Again, Google tells us what they want. Eyeballs on Websites gives it to them... and in doing so, we will have created a full marketing campaign on the internet that reaches far beyond Google and the search engines!

What is Google looking for?

1 - Relevant websites

They want to know that when a visitor goes to a website, they are finding what they expect to find. We set your website up to properly identify what you do, and what you don't do (very important!)

2 - They want others to say you're relevant and credible.

In other words, they want other websites referring to you as a source (or *the* source) for what you do. They want these other websites to be credible, not just a bunch of link factories (because Google will push you down the list for using them). At the end of the first twelve weeks of Eyeballs on Websites, your search engine optimization in Atlanta (or really, your marketing campaign) will have over 250 referrals to your site in the form of links from credible resources.

3 - They want to see a "living" and growing website.

Search engines are always looking for new things, new information. People are also looking for new things and new information. After twelve weeks, your website will have grown by 120 pages, signaling to the engines that your website is continually growing.

We're going to be giving Google what they want... and very few of your competitors will even give this a second thought.

We're also going to be using social media. We'll start with Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We will go through how to use each of them, and also put together a strategy for using these media. Just going up and trying to sell on them will usually do you more harm than good.

I have gotten several clients both for myself and colleagues of mine through social media, and not once have I tried to sell my services! I'll show you what I do and how I do it, and then I will even do it for you.

This is not for everybody. If you are looking for a program that you can simply start and leave alone, I have another option for you and I'll be glad to sit down with you and show it to you... and in most cases, it costs less than Eyeballs on Websites.

If Eyeballs on Websites is for you, then let's get started.

Marketing on the internet is a time-intensive process. Most business owners I know simply don't have the time to do it and to do it well. Because this is a time-intensive process, I can only work with a few clients at any given time.

The most intense work on my part is within the first six weeks. There are a lot of things that need to be set up and put into motion. You will have a copy of all the user names and passwords for the accounts we set up for you as we get them rolling.

For you, your most intense time will be the first two weeks, when we put together your strategy and you prepare materials for me to use.

Eyeballs on Websites is being offered at an introductory rate of $799 a month. The first three months are paid in advance.

After that three months, you decide whether or not you want to continue. If you do, we work on a month-to-month basis (and as long as you are in the program, your price will not go up).

If you don't think the results are worth it or decide that you want to take over the campaign and operate it yourself, you simply don't pay me any more. We shake hands and part friends, and keep the rewards of everything we do together. I will always be available for consultation.
